RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Incorrect product shipped


We want to make sure that product you ordered is delivered to your satisfaction. If, upon inspection, you discover that the incorrect product has been shipped to you, please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement or a refund.

Returns for reasons other than our error

All items returned within 30 days, in original resalable condition, are eligible for merchandise credit only. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges for returns. Note: Custom or special order items are not returnable or refundable.

Canceled Orders

You must cancel an order before it is shipped to avoid incurring shipping and handling fees. If you cancel an order that has already shipped, shipping fees and handling fees will apply.

Refunds

If you are eligible for a refund, Pavone Images will issue one within 72 hours of the determination of your refund status, which will require the receipt of your returned merchandise in its original condition.

Please note that, while Pavone Images may issue a refund to your credit card account within 72 hours of the determination of your refund status, many credit card companies can take up to 30 days to post the refund to your account and make the funds available to you. Please contact your credit card company or financial institution for more information on their refund policy.


PAYMENT OPTIONS

For your convenience, Pavone Images accepts major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Personal checks, Money Orders and Cashiers Checks are also accepted. Payment may be made to Pavone Images and mailed, along with a completed order form to:

Your order will not be processed until we have received your payment. Personal checks may be held for clearance of funds.

Sales Tax

Pavone collects 5% sales tax for items shipped to any address within the state of Massachusetts. For orders shipped outside of Massachusetts, but within the United States, Pavone Images is not required to collect sales tax.

Pricing Errors

In the event that a product on our site is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect product information, Pavone Images reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for such product, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase of items with erroneous pricing or product information, and Pavone Images cancels this order, we will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.


SHIPPING

Most of our items are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. You must provide a valid street address for any order we ship via UPS; UPS will not deliver to a PO Box. We will charge you $5 for incorrect shipping address given.

USPS Overnight Express is also available upon request. Sorry, overnight shipping is not available for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

Inspect Your Delivery

We want you to receive the product that you ordered, in good condition. However, you are responsible for reporting shipping damage or any shipping discrepancies within 48 hours of delivery.

Delivery Times

Upon receiving your order and verifying payment information, you can expect your order to be shipped within two business days if the item is currently in our inventory. If you order an item and it is out of stock, we will contact you. Out of stock items and custom orders may take 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. Note: this timeline is considered an estimate.
