Pavone Images was founded by Becky Levin and Dora Boudreau.
Becky Levin is the founder and CEO of Levin & Company , a retained executive search firm that specializes in the biotechnology industry. Becky began her career in 1981, when the biotechnology industry was in its infancy. In 1985, she founded her own firm, which provides executive leadership in biotech, pharmaceuticals, instrumentation, and health services. The company is known for its exceptional client relations, Levin & Company has one of the highest closure rates in the search industry. In the late 90’s the company added the Corporate Governance program to foster diversity at the Board level.
In addition to her work with Levin & Company, Becky has served on a number of Boards, including The Schwartz Center for Compassionate Care and the Newport International Film Festival. She is an active philanthropist in the areas of healthcare, children’s issues, and the arts.
Dora Boudreau has a background in early childhood education. Working to help parents and children stay together, she taught parenting skills in an early intervention center for abused or neglected children and their families. Later, as house manager for Becky and Mark Levin, she began joining the Levins in their charitable works, including an annual clothing drive for a Boston orphanage. She also participates in the Relay for Life, which raises money for cancer research. Married for 25 years, Dora has two adult children.
